To provide the public with a varied and convenient mechanism for learning labor rights, this ministry started offering Labor e-Learning website in 2004. The site offers various online courses, audio and video programs, and reports on labor rights periodicals. Presently, the online course series encompasses 12 broad categories with 230 courses covering employment service, professional training, job equality in labor conditions and gender, labor dispute resolution, labor unions and collective bargaining, workplace safety, labor insurance, labor benefits, employment training for people with physical disabilities, and leisure activities. It publishes bi-weekly electronic newsletters that collect the latest news, recommend courses, provide learning activity reports to keep the labor force up to date on the information that relates to them.

To promote self learning and lifelong learning and to promote learning on the Labor e-Learning website, this ministry plans to conduct a marketing campaign, Labor e-Learning Website Divination for the Years of the Horse and the Goat, from October 1 to October 20, 2014. Through fun games of divination, this campaign will guide participants to self study to elevate their values on the job markets and to help them understand the types and contents of the course offerings on the Labor e-Learning website.
