The Workforce Development Agency (WDA), MOL organized the "Women’s Economic Empowering, New Media Digital Upskilling (WEDU) Seminar" through video conference. WDA Director-General Tsai Meng-Liang, APEC Human Resources Development Working Group (HRDWG) Lead Shepherd Prof. Dong Sun Park, APEC Policy Partnership on Women and the Economy (PPWE) Chair Renee Graham, and APEC HRDWG Capacity Building Network (CBN) Coordinator Rosanna Urdaneta delivered opening remarks. Dialogues between representatives of APEC economies and experts from the industry, government, academia, and research analyzed cross-disciplinary trends of integrating gender awareness into digital marketing and officially launched the preparatory work for the "Training Package of Gender Power in Online Marketing" in August. The MOL also strove to consolidate the resources of domestic and foreign public and private partners to jointly guide trainees to pass the "iCAP Certificate for Competency-Based Training Program" assessment indicators and obtain the "International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL)" online certification for digital marketing.
