(1) US

MOL has endeavored to promote technical dialogues and exchanges with the United States Department of Labor (USDOL). To strengthen bilateral relationships, MOL will also invite U.S. State Labor Offices' commissioners and representatives from major labor organizations to Taiwan to deepen Taiwan and U.S. labor affairs relations and to help the U.S. to gain a deeper understanding of MOL's achievements in implementing labor policies.

(2) Europe

MOL has endeavored to promote policy dialogue and exchange with the European Union and European countries in labor related areas.

(3) Africa

MOL will continue to strenghten cooperation with African countries of diplomatic ties through employment training and technical skill improvement plans and projects.

(4) Asia-Pacific

MOL will continue to promote labor affairs cooperation with countries in this region and participate actively in APEC Labor Ministers' Meeting to strengthen labor related cooperation and vocational training exchanges.
