Money-saving: matters concerning labor insurance, health insurance, resident certificates, and physical examination will be handled by the Associated Services Center of Direct Employment and will contact the employers, via mobile messages or Internet. These swift services are available to employers and foreign laborers. The fees and expenses paid to foreign and domestic agencies will be decreased, as there will be no agency intervention. 3. Energy-saving: the specific service window enables employers to mail the application papers instead of delivering in person. In addition, the Council of Labor Affairs has revised the criteria for foreign laborers occupational transfer in jobs, or employers, in order to secure the occupational interests of the foreign laborers, to lower the rate of the transfer disability, and to shorten the time spent by the employer to transfer or administrate change operations.
