| Observing the unemployed appearing on some local corners, the Bureau plans to promote the experimental plan of employment services and exhibitions in affiliated employment service institutes in 2007 (Multiple Employment MaMa) to address long-term unemployment, employment issues of the high or medium aged unemployed and disabled, and woman’s labor participation. The Plan adds dynamic services in the statistic service spots, to resolve time and spatial limitations, and applies active measures to realize the services at local levels to lead the disabled unemployed to participate in the multiple employment projects, and to revitalize the end services in the employment service system. The Project includes the following major aspects: (一) The project extends for a 1-year experimental period and is authorized for private enterprise institutes by the five regional employment service institutes. (二)The employment service institutes select the exhibition personnel (Multiple Employment MaMa) to visit local places, such as townships and boroughs, to assist the unemployed with their concerns, pass employment and labor messages, and provide employment services and the long-term employment encouragement services, as well as to promote local employment opportunities. (三) The project welcomes senior high school (vocational school) graduates, with one-year experience with association, community, and organization, good human relationship and leadership, familiarity with local people, information, and objects, and enthusiasm regarding public beneficial issues, and those able to explore websites, Chinese key in, and computer processing for documents, to join. Please contact the five regional employment service institutes for relevant information. The Council expects to through the Multiple Employment MaMa to deeply explore every corner and local private groups, assist in discovering the concerns of the unemployed, to pass along employment information and employment encouragement measures. As well, the council will search deep into society and in local corners to uncover new local employment demands and economic-value worthy industries, and acting as a contact platform among occupations, the community, and public employment service institutes to create opportunities for reemployment for the local unemployed, and women in particular. Furthermore, the project expects to serve the unemployed hidden in each local corner, lead them to employment, and build up the hopeful, energetic, and fluid future for domestic people through the persistence and enthusiasm of MaMa (helping mother in employment services). |
