‘Special Skills and Enthusiasm’- ‘2006 Innovative Competition of Vocational Master’ holds the ...

In order to enhance preparation of employment for juveniles, the Bureau has, in recent years, promoted 5 great vocational training programs for juveniles, including: ‘College Study and Employment’, ‘Tai-Ger Elite’, ‘Juvenile Vocational Training Complex’, ‘Open Wing’, and ‘Flying Youth’. The Bureau has organized a juvenile employment promotion program, called Special Skills and Enthusiasm, in order to familiarize the general public with juvenile employment, encourage juvenile participation in vocational training, control multiple advancement channels, and realize the strategy of the Council: ‘Revitalizing Vocational Education, and Promoting Respect for Skills.’ As well, the Bureau has planned a series of promulgation activities to inspire juveniles to enhance their skills and to exhibit themselves in a lightning and heating stage. 
2006 Innovative Competition of Vocational Master was initiated on Nov. 22nd, 2006, and the competitions include North, Central, South, and East regional competitions and the final Campaign. The first competition, the north regional one with a number of participant groups, is conducted in the front plaza of the Council office with registered groups, and includes three scopes, such as female beauty, cocktails, ad Chinese cooking, to facilitate participating students to express team-work power and innovation. 
The program of opening ceremony coordinates students’ innovative works, as well vigorous interactive dancing performances and singing and dancing presentations. The high tide of the opening ceremony is uncovering the innovative Muse, the subject landscape symbolizing non-stop fabulous innovations and the spirit of improvement of vocational masters.
In addition to the north-region competition on Nov. 22nd, other competitions will be held respectively in the front plaza of Building C of ChungYo Department Store in Taichung on Nov. 24th, the east-region competition in Nangping Park of HwaLien on Nov. 26th, and the south region in the Tainan Art Corner. The final rewarded teams will participate in the final competition in late December to reshow their skills and to compete for the national Campaign.
We welcome everyone to participate in order to enhance the future of ‘Revitalizing Vocational Education, and Promoting Respect for Skills’, and to provide the wider scope for juveniles’ occupational development.
