Revisions were made to Article 4 of the "Industrial Talent Investment Program Subsidy Guidelines", Article 6 of the "Industrial Talent Investment Plan", and Article 6 of the "Labor Autonomous Learning Enhancement Plan". Additionally, on December 30, revisions were made to Article 10 of the "Regulations of the Employment Insurance Vocational Training and Training Funds Management Utilization". These amendments support the government's policy of encouraging in-service workers to enhance their independent learning by acquiring professional skills aligned with industry development needs. The goal is to increase workplace competitiveness and promote employment stability. To achieve this, the maximum subsidy amount has been increased from NT$70,000 per person over three years to NT$100,000 per trainee over three years. This adjustment shall take effect on January 1, 2025.
