Article 13 of the "Regulations on Security and Maintenance Plan of Personal Data for Private Vocational Training Organizations" were amended to require that private vocational training institutions comply with the central authority's restrictions when transmitting personal information internationally. The private vocational training organization shall also inform the subject of the area where the personal data will be transferred. The private vocational training institution shall also properly supervise the data recipient.
