The “Employment Insurance Implementation Regulations for Promoting Employment” were amended and published to promote the employment of middle-aged and elderly people, and to assist workers affected by natural disasters, accidents or other major events to find employment, and to strengthen the ability of the labor union to protect the employment rights of workers by adding relevant employment promotion measures to enhance labor participation and assist workers to find employment.
