Prohibition of Gender Discrimination

  1. Employers shall not treat job applicants or employees discriminatorily because of their gender in the course of recruitment, examination, appointment, assignment, designation, evaluation, promotion, retirement, and resignation.

  2. When employees marry, become pregnant, engage in child-birth or child-raising activities, employers shall not use the above-mentioned factors as excuses for termination.
