Labor dispute settlement

Labor dispute refers to disputes between labor and management regarding the rights
of both parties and interests. Labor disputes over rights refer to disputes over
rights and obligations based on labor laws, collective agreements, and labor contracts.
Labor disputes over interests refer to disputes over maintaining or changing labor
conditions. Labor disputes over rights may be settled by mediation, arbitration
or decision on unfair labor practices in accordance with the Act for Settlement
of Labor-Management Disputes. Labor disputes over interests may be settled by
mediation or arbitration processes in accordance with the Act for Settlement of
Labor-Management Disputes. The labor party in labor disputes over adjustments
shall be a labor union.
