Any worker hired by a natural-person employer, any person actually engaging in labor work, or any person providing services under Paragraph 4, Article 45 of the Labor Standards Act (e.g., a child actor/actress in commercials) may enroll in the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance via the website of the Bureau of Labor Insurance, a multimedia kiosk at any convenience store, or any trade union.
