Where any insured person or his/her beneficiary has met the criteria for benefits of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance or other social insurance annuities simultaneously for different insured accidents, such benefits may be jointly claimed. Based on the principle of appropriate protection, the annuity of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance will be adjusted as required.
