For the purpose of reporting occupational injuries or illnesses, recognized medical institutions will expand their integrated services for diagnosis and treatment of occupational injuries or illnesses and their scope of reporting of occupational injuries or illnesses after the Act came into effect. Upon receiving a report, the Ministry of Labor will consolidate the reported information regarding an occupational injury or illness and make a timely referral to a medical institution through the Center for Occupational Accident Prevention and Rehabilitation based on the information of the relevant case to provide the necessary services and support measures to the worker concerned.
