Where any worker suffering from an occupational accident who is enrolled in labor insurance has terminated his/her labor contract and withdrawn from insurance during the period of medical treatment for the occupational accident, he/she may continue to be enrolled in labor insurance with a workers’ organization or a group designated by the insurer as the insured unit until the date when he/she has met the criteria to claim old-age benefits.
