Considering that some workers not enrolled in the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance are unable to receive the protection of insurance benefits if they suffer from occupational injuries or illnesses, appropriate subsidies for care services, disability, and death are provided to support the lives of such workers and their families after accidents.
