According to Article 6 of the Act, any worker aged 15 or older and hired by a registered business (who holds a practice license, has been legally registered, or is a tax resident) or by an employer who has received an employment permit legally issued by the central competent authority (a migrant domestic worker) shall be enrolled in the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance by his/her employer regardless of the number of employees.
