To help any worker suffering from an occupational accident return to work successfully, an application may be submitted to any recognized professional occupational rehabilitation agency for assistance in formulating a plan for resumption of work. Such agency will provide occupational rehabilitation services including an analysis of the job of the suffering worker, an assessment of his/her functional abilities, and training on strengthening his/her physical and mental functions.
