Q14. Can employers who hire workers suffering from occupational accidents apply for the relevant subsidies?

Any employer who purchases assistance facilities based on an assessment issued by any recognized occupational rehabilitation agency may apply to a local government for a subsidy for assistance facilities in a maximum amount of NT$100,000. A business employing any worker suffering from an occupational accident who was originally employed by the business or any other business may apply to a local government for an employment subsidy paid for a period no longer than 12 months.
