The premium for special enrollment will be charged at a single rate. At the time when the ACT came into effect in May 2022, such premium will be charged based on the most recent average rate of the specific industry and rate schedule to which the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance is applicable (0.20% in 2022). From the fourth year (2025), the rate will be adjusted based on the result of the actuarial calculation.
