Allowances and subsidies for persons diagnosed with occupational illnesses after withdrawal from insurance

Where an insured person engaging in any hazardous activity designated by the central competent authority has been diagnosed by an occupational medicine physician at any recognized medical institution as having an occupational illness due to performance of duties during the insurance period, he/she may apply for a subsidy for medical treatment or an allowance for disability or death.
