To ensure that an insured person suffering from an occupational injury or illness or diagnosed with an occupational illness after withdrawal from insurance can get medical assistance and, if in need of support devices, receive protection, such person may apply for subsidies for the support devices outlined in the schedule to Article 3 of the “Regulations for Occupational Accidents Workers to Apply for Device Care Disability and Death Subsidies”.
