Q17. What subsidies can a worker suffering from an occupational accident who is not enrolled in insurance apply for?

Any employee or self-employed person not enrolled in the occupational accident insurance by Article 7, Subparagraph 1, Paragraph 1, Article 9, or Paragraph 1, Article 10 of the Act who has been disabled or died due to an occupational injury or illness and who is unable to claim the benefits of the occupational accident insurance may apply for subsidies for care services, disability, and death.
